These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sprinkle's website and dashboard application (together, the "Service"), operated by Sprinkle ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise).
• You can cancel at any time from Settings → Team & Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Add-ons are billed alongside your base plan and can be activated or deactivated independently.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or Sprinkle's infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent.
• Use automated means to abuse rate limits or overload the Service.

4. Third-party connections

Features that connect to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or other third-party platforms operate under those providers' own terms in addition to ours. You're responsible for having the rights needed to connect a given website or account to Sprinkle.

5. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content and website data you provide to Sprinkle. You grant us a license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service on your behalf. We claim no ownership over content Sprinkle helps you generate or publish.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprinkle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including SEO performance or search-ranking outcomes, which depend on factors outside our control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
